I am a Certified Professional NLP Coach and currently undergoing the certification process to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I also hold ICF Membership (International Coaching Federation).

Furthermore, I am a facilitator and am Hogan Assessment certified. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in International Hospitality Management (Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne), obtained a Strategic HR Planning Certification from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and completed with distinction the INSEAD powered Cargill Leadership Program CATALYST. I am fluent in Swiss German, German, English, French and Dutch. I lived in Canada, the United States of America and France and currently commute between the Netherlands and Switzerland.

HYBRIED, OR A RESULT OF MY PASSION FOR PEOPLE AND COACHING

People, their development, growth, performance, dreams and coaching have been my passion for a long time, be it as a ski and tennis instructor in my early years or as a certified NLP and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in certification process. I chose coaching as the topic of my final graduation project at INSEAD with the title “Enabling Innovation through Real-Time Digital Coaching”.

As part of my various roles, I coached leaders and employees on a variety of topics and also co-program led & facilitated leadership development programs where I spent many hours coaching program participants. Helping people, including executives and young adults & teenagers, develop, grow and breakthrough is my purpose and gives me high energy and fulfillment. That is why I chose to follow my passion and dream by creating my own company, in an environment that is dear to me, my home mountains... this is the ‚why’ of HYBRIED.

I am in love with my long-term love and am crazy about our chocolate Labrador.

I am passionate and live to be authentic, inspirational, respectful and humble. And yes, it doesn‘t always happen and/or work.

Spending time with my family (both Swiss and Dutch) and friends (from all over the world) is precious to me and I am a proud god-father of 3 amazing kids/teenagers/young adults. We love to entertain and cook. And yes, I should find more time for such quality time with beloved ones of mine!

I love to travel, to explore, to learn new cultures and people. And yes, I missed that during COVID19 like many of us.

Dreaming big... for myself and others – I love to help people go from good to great, to address a challenge or a performance issue. And yes, it’s not always easy.

Experience zest & adventure appeal to me: I like to be agile, flexible, intuitive and to experiment, take risk, fail & learn. And yes, I failed a few times... and I learned along the way.

I like to be high performing, to drive action, to create impact and to have success. And yes, I too faced unexpected professional change.

I am told to be a strategic and hands-on leader, a systemic thinker, agile, dedicated and resilient, results driven, engaged in strong stakeholder management, honest, people first and values focused and culturally savvy. And yes, there is so much more to be better at – I definately don‘t (want to) know and master it all.

Joy and fun is what gives me energy! And yes, at times, I tend to neglect that.
